[Update 10 Oct 2023] Adding to the original article, the Nike Air Jordan 1 Zoom Air CMFT 2 “Familia” is confirmed for release on 21 October, a little over a week before the holiday on 2 November. Find them on Nike SNKRS then with an RRP of US$165!

Almost a year has past since the release of the Nike Air Force 1 Low “We Are Familia” and Nike is back with another commemorative offering for Día de Muertos or Day of the Dead, a tradition where family and friends gather to pay respect to the dearly departed.

This time, the offering takes it form with the Air Jordan 1 Zoom Air CMFT 2 “Familia”, a pair decorated with graphic prints and embroideries inspired by the paper marigold flowers and papel picado banners symbolizing the event. Rounding off the design comes a monochromatic color scheme for an added vintage aesthetic.

Slated to release on 1 October, the Air Jordan 1 Zoom Air CMFT 2 “Familia” will be made available for purchase via Nike retailers in the EU regions. Retail price tag is set at 190 EUR (~US$205).
