Spotted: norda’s First Trail Running Slip-On Shoe
The popular trail running brand is expanding its reach further with an all-new laceless silhouette.
A brand new norda trail running shoe has been teased at a trail event in Chamonix, France. The photo taken by TECHHUNTER shows a silhouette that resembles the norda 001, the brand’s first trail shoe, but without any trace of laces.
According to Hypebeast, the yet-to-be-named norda slip-on appears to have reprised the sole unit of the 001, meaning fans of the Canadian brand can expect a premium mix of Vibram SLE midsole foam, Litebase and Megagrip outsole, and a specially-tailored bio-based Dyneema upper.
The only visible difference, on top of a new laceless upper, would be a freshly-designed heel overlay with a new heel pull loop. The norda slip-on features an earthy color palette of black, grey and cream.
No additional details or images about this pair was revealed, so be sure to follow along for more first dibs.
