While the adidas YEEZY partnership is winding down, new leaks of unreleased YEEZYs are making their rounds on social media. One such example is the adidas YEEZY 150 Samba, first worn in its high version by rapper A$AP Bari in 2019.

The adidas Samba is undoubtedly the Three Stripes’ most popular silhouette right now, but it wasn’t as much three years ago, which is understandably why the YEEZY 150 went under the radar. That being said, Ye’s reinterpretation of the staple classic is a polarizing one.

Thanks to @chaseseesghosts, we get a preview of the sneaker. The upper comes in full-black suede but with a puffed-up appearance. The gum sole unit is also worth mentioning, coming in an enlarged Powerphase-esque shape. Reportedly, it was meant to be a skate shoe, which explains the need for comfort.

Unfortunately for those looking to spice up their Samba rotation, this adidas YEEZY 150 Samba will most probably not be releasing. This is according to adidas’ previous statement that no new YEEZYs will be released under the Three Stripes banner. And of course, the gilded “WYOMING” label is a reference to Ye’s home in the state.
