New images of a pair of New Balance 1906R in a black and pink colorway have surfaced. Since its debut, the NB 1906R has turned up in a bevy of colors and materials, with the latest being the hyped crossover with Copenhagen-based label GANNI. This time, the iconic New Balance sneaker has appeared in a relatively toned down color combo of black, grey and pink.

The New Balance 1906R “Black/Pink” features the standard synthetic leather-over-mesh upper setup. The mesh is dressed in a pitch black color, while the synthetic leather overlays don a dark grey hue. The TPU heel counter also sports a similar grey shade.

Meanwhile, New Balance spiced things up a little by introducing a sweet pastel pink on the profile “N” lock system and the ribbon hoop at the heel. Down below, New Balance’s ABZORB midsole and Stability Web technology return for a guaranteed comfy ride.

This color combo couldn’t have come at a better timing as the Barbieheimer phenomenon sweeps across the world. However, no word of its release is known at the time of writing, so be sure to follow along for more updates.
