Following multiple collaborative ventures with brands such as Reese Cooper and Nicole McLaughlin, American outdoor label Merrell has officially unveiled their latest Agile Peak 5 GORE-TEX model.

Marking the fifth generation of their Agility Peak series, the latest model introduces various updates to its design structure. Offering optimal build for trail runners, the rocker has been increased to help assist in movement during the propulsive phase of the sport.

Weight has also been reduced to 10.6 ounces, making every step feel like a breeze while sculpted heel cup ensures the pair does not slip-off easily. Lastly, GORE-TEX membrane provides optimal protection from any harsh wet conditions to come.

While sizes for the Merrell Agile Peak 5 GORE-TEX are quickly selling out on Merrell’s US website, a Japan release is officially slated for 16 August. Retail price tag is set at 27,500 JPY (~US$189) per pair.
