The ASICS GEL-Lyte III made its debut three decades ago, yet its still at the vanguard of the Japanese shoemaker’s catalogue. The model and its signature split-tongued design has gone through a plethora of reinventions and the latest of which is the two-piece “Taupe Pack”.

Tonal color schemes are incorporated into both pairs’ high-quality suede leather make. Simply named “Dark Taupe” and “Simply Taupe”, they’re a versatile palette to work with, in addition to the tried-and-true sole units that’s uniformly dressed with the upper. The pairs smoothly traverse between street and sophisticated, however one wants to dress them with.

Released last week on 3 July, they’re available now on ASICS’ website for US$130.
