Moncler Partners With Zellerfeld To Help With 3D-Printing Their Trailgrip Sneaker
Even 3D-printed shoes can be luxe.
3D-printing is a technology that’s seeing more usage across several industries. Although other brands have used it sporadically, Zellerfeld has completely leaned into it. While other brands have used it for various components such as the midsoles, Zellerfeld have used it to create entire shoes. Part of their quick ascension can be credited to their expansive roster of collaborators. The latest and biggest thus far: Moncler.
Together the two recreate Moncler’s Trailgrip sneaker but this time, entirely out of a singular, recyclable material in stone grey.
The Moncler x Zellerfeld Trailgrip 3D sneaker is part of the former’s Fall/Winter 2023 footwear exhibition in Paris, dubbed Studio Ascenti. Its limited release means they’ll only be accessible to attendees. However, it isn’t completely off the table that another may be released in the future.
