[Update 1 Apr 2024] A release date has been confirmed for the Junya Watanabe MAN x Oakley Chop Saw Mule! The pair will drop on 5 April with a retail price of 33,000 JPY (~US$219) via Junya Watanabe MAN retailers.

Having presented his Spring/Summer 2024 collection at Paris Fashion Week, Japanese designer Junya Watanabe has teased an extensive lineup of collaborations, ranging from apparel to footwear.

Following ones with Stüssy and New Balance, it has now been revealed that Oakley Factory Team will also be joining the list of partners.

With images provided by @advanced.research and @thebusinessfashion, we are greeted with a first look of the Junya Watanabe MAN x Oakley Chop Saw Mule. Though constructive details remains similar to its regular offerings, a full-black color scheme alongside textile and neoprene-like material choices showcase a more contemporary approach, as expected from the Japanese designer.

Accentuated by its iconic oversized traction outsoles, Junya Watanabe MAN branding takes a peak through the footbed of the aforementioned pair.
