At the time of writing, not much is known about the Bad Bunny x adidas Originals Cave Runner. The shoes pictured are images of an unreleased sample. So many pairs from the Puerto Rican artist have been teased over the course of the last few months, but there’s nothing to discourage us from believing these shoes will see the light of day. These include the Campus, Forum Low Powerphase, and most recently, the Response CL.

Contrary to adidas and AKA Benito’s previous efforts, the titular pair goes for a more utilitarian direction. Case in point: Albeit similar in form as the Orketro, it’s equipped with a molded TPU cage and a modular neoprene inner bootie. Many colorways may be availed in the future but this pair is presented with an earthy palette that dresses its overlays and mesh base layers.

Given the uniformity of the colors, vibrancy is introduced by the hits of orange on the laces, the branding elements in pink, along with a yellow touch on the adiPRENE sole unit.
