The New Balance 550 Emerges With a “Black Hemp” Construction
A new feel outside, the same comfort inside.
Accompanying the earlier reported New Balance 550 “White Hemp”, comes its contemporary on the other end of the color spectrum.
The New Balance 550’s uppers are typically made of leather, with suede occasionally for a more vintage aesthetic. The NB brand has since added a hemp material in their arsenal, adding another dimension to the beloved silhouette. This incoming iteration sees a holistic Black hemp upper accented with White branding elements on the forefoot and a solid light grey outsole underfoot.
The pair has been confirmed for a 1 June release with a price tag of US$120. Find them then on New Balance’s webstore.
