The retrofuturistic Nike Air Max Plus 3 was earlier seen in “Volt”. Following up on it this summer, the pair remerges in a cool blue “Aqua” finish.

The third evolution of Sean McDowell’s design sees the integration of a gloss black liquid cage between gradient blue mesh uppers. Small Swooshes are embroidered on the profiles. The tongue tabs, insoles, and medial sides are adorned with “Tuned Air” emblems, with padded blocks on the collars. Split Air Max sole units with clear windows and treaded bottoms complete the aesthetic.

For its technical features,  the heel counter is fused with an aerodynamic design that extends towards the midfoot.

A release date hasn’t been scheduled yet but they’re expected to arrive within the coming months. Find them on Nike’s brick-and-click when D-Day comes for a price tag of US$185.
