The Jordan 6 Rings Appears in a Familiar “Chrome” Outfit
Jordan's the only one who can wear the 6 rings on his fingers, the rest of us can wear it on our feet.
Jordan 6 Rings is receiving its own iteration of the “White Chrome” hue that was recently seen on the Nike Air Force 1 Low and Air Adjust Force. This new silhouette is an amalgamation of all the models Michael Jordan wore during each of those six championship runs. It’s interesting in concept, but these hybrid iterations have been divisive since they were first introduced.
The pair is dressed in a tonal ensemble of grayscale and metallic silver. White mesh and leather form its base layer while a light grey suede lays over the mudguard, wrapping around the lower circumference of the upper. The quarter and strap are likewise made of suede, with the midsole bearing a sail hue.
The black and grey outsole completes the look, and the toggle laces are accented in black to match the interior. The Jumpman makes an appearance in several parts of the pair, from the vamp, tongue, through to the footbed with an Air Jordan branding adorning the ankle strap on the lateral.
A release date hasn’t been disclosed but expect them to arrive sometime within the year. When they do, find them on Nike’s brick-and-click and select retailers.
