The status quo has had a stronger appreciation for the vintage aesthetic. And with Jordan Brand perpetuating it with their “Reimagined” series, the ‘pre-aged’ motif is introduced into the Nike Dunk Low.
Similar to the “Syracuse” colorway from Nike’s iconic “Be True to Your School” (BTTYS) pack, the Sail tumbled leather top, matching mesh tongues, and midsole are all a mainstay. The “Reimagined” motif is presented through the orange cracked leather overlays, the profile Swooshes, and heels; along with the cracked imprints on the tongue labels and insoles. An Orange semi-translucent outsole and Sail “Nike” logo on the tongues, insoles, and embroidered complete its aesthetic.
Expect them to arrive within the coming months although no firm release date has been disclosed just yet. When they do however, find them on Nike’s brick-and-click with an RRP of US$120.
