And while we’ll be the first to advocate for the online space’s calibre (we’re an app-based marketplace after all!), we cannot deny there’s just something special about greeting others with outreached hands, rather than with a high five emoji… Oh, and it’s always nice to be able to touch and see the sneakers before you finalise a purchase, you get?

Based on their previous stops, you can expect a stellar showcase of rare sneakers—straight from other sneakerheads’ collections—panels with speakers from industry experts, and even the chance of exclusive sneaker drops.

“Its More Than Just Sneakers” is the brainchild of The Kickz Stand, one of Australia’s biggest lifestyle communities. Since its inception in 2013, The Kickz Stand’s growing following manifested into the physical event that eventually found homes in various cities in Down Under. This year, too, “It’s More Than Just Sneakers” will be making its rounds at these following cities:
