sacai and Nike have had a very impressive collaborative portfolio built over the better part of the last decade. Nike has provided canvases for sacai’s matriarch Chitose Abe to exercise her artistic proclivities, applying her hybrid signatures onto several of the Swoosh’s classic silhouettes. The partnership may run ad infinitum with the horizon providing a view of the upcoming sacai x Nike Air Woven. Before the aforementioned shoes arrive however, the titular Air Force Low takes its landing spot.

Their joint effort presents the icon in its archetypal, achromatic color palette. Triple White engulf the pair while embellished with new touches and finishes that gives the usually austere aesthetic a dynamic personality.

Unmissable is the shroud that lands on the laces, secured together by eyelets exposing said laces and the hallmark metal dubrae. It also includes a silver zipper giving contrast to the all-white makeup, while framing the Nike branding on the tongue tag. On the topic of branding, another feature worth paying attention is the added layer of embroidery on the profile Swooshes for a strong final flourish.

The shoes will also be accompanied by a capsule of two unisex Nike Sportswear hoodies. Offered in black, both feature an embroidery of the Japanese label’s signature “S” on the left side of the hem along with additional side pockets, and unique cutting.
