If there’s one thing that never fails to bring a smile to the faces of kids and adults alike, it would have to be Haribo. The world number one gummy brand has delighted generations of children (and adults) since its founding in 1920, and continues to do so today with their colorful range of sweet treats.

On the heels of their centennial anniversary, Haribo is partnering Vans for a collection of sneakers and apparel that target both the kids and adults. This Vans x Haribo collab sees the candymaker’s trademark gummy bear debut across signature Vans silhouettes such as the Classic Slip-On, Old Skool and the Sk8-Hi.

The kids get three pairs of collaborative sneakers, including two variations of the Vans Slip-On and one Old Skool. The first Slip-On comes in full red and features a translucent red gummy bear at the toe box; the second sees various Haribo gummies printed all over Vans’ Checkerboard design.

The upper of the third kids’ pair, an Old Skool, is outfitted in a yellow synthetic leather covered in what first appears to be a textured Checkerboard pattern. However, upon closer inspection, you will find that the checkerboard is actually made up of many tiny Haribo gummy bears.

In the adults’ department, we get a pair of Old Skool featuring the same gummy bear print and another Sk8-Hi which features a “Haribo manifesto” around the collar. At the heel of the Sk8-Hi, the graphic of a gummy bear re-appears. Also included in this first ever Vans x Haribo collab are pullovers, hoodies and caps that all carry elements that nod towards Haribo and its evergreen gummy bears.

The entire Haribo x Vans collection is expected to drop from 6 April and a Vans x Haribos Customs programme will also be available the same day. Prices for the pieces have not been confirmed, so follow along for more latest details.
