[Update 17 Feb 2023] Ahead of its 1st April release date, retail photos of the upcoming Nike Air Jordan 11 “Cement Grey” in GS, PS and TD sizes have recently surfaced. Of note, the PS and TD sizes carry a university blue Jumpman logo branding on its tongue, however the Adults and GS pairs will not. Take a quick look at the new images via the top slider above as we await official imagery from the Jordan Brand.
For the Jumpman Brand, an Air Jordan 11 release usually denotes the start of a new calendar year. Annual offerings of a new white-base Jordan 11 colorway usually shows up towards the tail end of December, with the most recent being the “Cherry” that released not too long ago.
However, it does seem like 2023 might be a big year for the silhouette. With reworked classics such as the “DMP” and the “Yellow Snakeskin” already primed for release this year, another retro-looking design is set to release come 1st April, in the form of the Nike Air Jordan 11 Low “Cement Grey”.
While it was earlier reported that the “Cement Grey” will feature the infamous elephant print, newer images have showcased the presence of a more traditional patent leather grey donning the overlays. Underneath, a cool white layer of mesh fills the base of upper, with more accents of grey hitting the tongue tag and inner lining. Accompanying the upper is a bright white midsole, while a cool dose of university blue fills the outsole underfoot and the insole.
While elephant prints would have definitely spiced things up for the Air Jordan 11 Low, a simplistic design is a much bigger nod to the classic silhouette. Arriving in full family sizing, you can expect to find these on Nike and other select retailers come 1st April, with its RRP ranging from US$70 for TD sizes to US$190 for adults.
