[Update 13 Feb 2023] A barrage of new images have surfaced, courtesy of @prvt.selection. Although not official, they’re enough to give us a holistic look of the pairs. Aside from the details of the upper previously seen, now visible’s the grunge graphic imprint through the translucent rubber outsole. This in addition to the on-feet images by @yankeekicks. A release date or RRP hasn’t been disclosed but they should arrive imminently with these tidal wave of photos.
[Update 9 Feb 2023] Leaks of the previously-teased Red alternate have surfaced. The base layer stays relatively consistent between the two, sans the black overlays. The floral motif noticeably differs too. Aside from the obvious Swooshes, the outsole bares a blue crystal hue compared to the achromatic one of the first. Release details and such have yet to be disclosed but stay tuned!
The Nike N7, a product line “influenced by the Native American wisdom of the seven generations,” was introduced in 2009 with designs by and for the Indigenous community. Since then, in conjunction with the N7 Fund, more than $8 million in grants have been awarded to more than 270 communities and organizations, administered by the Charities Aid Foundation of America.
The project was started to support the youth in these communities. To galvanize them into sport, a more active and healthy lifestyle through the various products and programs. This year’s N7 collection has already subsumed the Air Max 95 and Free Cater Trail Boot and on their tails is the titular Nike SB Dunk Low Decon.
Not much is known about the pair other than what’s discernible from the photos shared by @k9_itsiant on Twitter. The SB Dunks are depicted with a white canvas base layer adorned by floral and fauna embroidery. They stand out over the black—presumably suede—traversing from the toebox, through to the eyestays, enveloping the heel counter, with a final flourish on the footbed.
Exposed stitching is another strong motif embellished over its focal points, especially surrounding the profile Swooshes. Other sources albeit by way of an obscure image (image slider), also point to an alternate colorway with a red Swoosh.
Considering the pair’s contemporaries are out, this followup shouldn’t be far away from arrival. Official images, price point, and other release details should be imminent.
Till then, have a look at the APRIL SKATEBOARDS x Nike SB Dunk Low.
