Reebok and Patta Re-Release All-Black Club C 85
Both brands renew their commitment to support communities of the African Diaspora.
Following an initial release last year as well as an all-white pair back in 2020, Dutch streetwear giants Patta is teaming up with Reebok to re-release their all-black Club C 85 on Patta’s online store as part of their continued efforts to support communities of the African Diaspora.
As with both previous releases, parts of the proceeds from this reissue will go to local organizations in countries that Patta has a presence in, namely The Black Archives in Amsterdam, London’s Sistah Space, and The Good Neighbourhood Collective in Milan.
Dressed in full leather for its upper and a perforated toe box that ensures breathability, Patta replaced the iconic Reebok branding on the sidewall with their own branding typeface, as well as pan-African flag instead of Reebok’s Union Jack to highlight its 100th year anniversary. The Club C’s iconic Reebok tongue branding is also recolored to feature red, green and black to match the pan-African flag’s colors.
You can purchase a pair of the Patta x Reebok Club C 85 right now via Patta’s official website for €110 (~US$115).
