But beyond sneakers, the Nike team also furthers the AM270 into the lifestyle category by reimagining it as an easy-breezy sandal.

Dubbed the Nike Air Max 270 Sol Sandal, the bold Air unit and airy mesh upper from its originator is retained. Except, the mesh is now fixed onto webbing straps with quick adjust buckles that’s both functional and visually appealing. Not to mention, its predominantly mesh construction makes it an easy slip-on to air dry. A perfect shoe choice for the beach, isn’t it?  To ensure maximum comfort, foam midsole cushions your strapped-in steps while the rubber outsole adds durable traction.

For the new year, Nike Air Max 270 Sol Sandal will be introduced in a new versatile Black and spring-friendly Yellow. While release dates for these colorways are still obscure, they will likely surface when the hotter days start to roll in.
