[Update 31 Jan 2024] An interesting detail of the Nike Air Jordan 1 High OG “Black Toe Reimagined” have just been shared:

According to Complex, the titular pair will substitute the Jordan Wings on the ankle collar with a debossed “Air Jordan” imprint—more faithful to the one seen in Michael Jordan’s 1985 promotional photos. @zsneakerheadz have kindly shared a mockup of what its form during release may be.

While it might not be a ‘big’ update, the fact that a SKU and color scheme has been revealed points towards good news for those looking forward to the pair. Expect it to drop sometime in the Holiday 2024 season.

Following the tremendous success of the Air Jordan 1 High “Lost & Found Reimagined”, more “Reimagined” Air Jordans are reportedly in the works now. We’ve previously gotten confirmation of the Air Jordan 3 “White Cement Reimagined”‘s release; and now, according to trusted sneaker source @jfgrails, 2023 will also see the Air Jordan 1 High “Black Toe” join the “Reimagined” lineup.

Early mockups depict this MJ legacy colorway outfitted with premium leather in shades of black, red and Sail—with the toe cap featuring the titular “Black Toe”. Another one of the details that you can expect is the vintage pre-aged aesthetic that was seen on both the “Lost & Found” and AJ3 “White Cement Reimagined”. On top of yellowed midsoles, cracked (but hopefully not moldy) leather will likely also be added.

Take a first look at the pair via mockups in the gallery above while we wait for more release details to stream in.
