[Update 22 Feb 2023] The Nike Zoom Vomero 5 has been gaining momentum since it returned last year. A slew of releases have come in recent months, the latest of which is the titular “Photon Dust”.

Confirmed for release on 22 February, 10AM (ET), they’ll be available on SNKRS priced at US$160. In addition, they’ll also be sold on Lapstone & Hammer and KITH with the pair up for raffle on Extra Butter, A Ma Maniére, and Social Status. Following its return with the “Oatmeal” and “Cobblestone” colorways, the Nike Zoom Vomero 5 has been the center of attention with multiple variations lined up for future releases including “Wheat Grass” and “Bone Beige” by the sports label. With a breakthrough back in 2018 with Samuel Ross’s A-COLD-WALL, many sneakerheads have been anticipating for what’s more to come for the silhouette.

This time, introducing the Nike Zoom Vomero 5 “Photon Dust”, the sneaker is outfitted in a clean silver outlook with a mix of materials on the uppers including leather and mesh. Contrasting to its bright aesthetic on the chrome swoosh and panels, the sports label neutralizes the color palette with a sail midsole and black outsole. Completing the interior, a graphic design comes printed on the insole, just like the previous colorways that were introduced.

While no release dates are confirmed at the moment, the Nike Zoom Vomero 5 “Photon Dust” is slated to drop in early 2023 in women’s sizing via Nike and selected retailers for $175.
