With Fall and Winter on our doorsteps, The North Face is warming up its yearly push of cozy offerings to ensure that we are all enveloped with heat and drip. This season’s latest is TNF’s Nuptse Mules, except they look a little different than what we’re familiar with: they’ve undergone a corduroy facelift.

Available in moodier colors—Utility Brown, Military Olive, TNF Black and a muted pink Wild Ginger—the Nuptsle Mules arrives in the usual puffed uppers, but textured with water-resistant corduroy. This ridged look exudes a softer, snug look as opposed to the typical chic nylon outfit.

Aside from its appearance, the interior performance of the Nuptse Mule, inspired by the titular puffer jacket, remains of high calibre. With PrimaLoft Thermoball Eco insulation and 550 fill goose down, warmth is secured around your feet while pull tabs allow for an easy slip-on experience. 20% recycled rubber outsole equipped with grip technology keeps you grounded, even in slippery snow conditions. TNF branding is embroidered at the medial as the icing on top.

The North Face Nuptse Corduroy Mules are available on The North Face’s website with a retail price of US$89. For more pictures, look to the top slider!

While The North Face is working to keep you warm, Supreme and Balenciaga are burning holes through shirts.
