Hender Scheme x The North Face Marks Their Final Chapter With FW22

Within the land of the rising sun, “Hender Scheme” is not an unfamiliar name to many who are into the realm of fashion. Founded by Ryo Kashiwazaki, the brand specializes in artisan-crafted footwear and leather goods, all taking inspirations from contemporary designs.

Since FW20, the Tokyo-based label officially partnered up with outdoor goods label The North Face for an extensive collection that sees a combination of creative ideas through materials, durability and product utility. The duo crosses borders and looks into various elements, presenting through a theme of “Things that change, and things that don’t”.

Forwarding to FW22, the duo has joined forces once gain for their fourth collection. Introducing a lineup of footwear and accessories, this also marks the final installment of their ongoing partnership. With the Nupste Down Mule and Down Climbing Diversity, the duo offers warmth and comfort to the foot with materials found on puffer jackets, while elastic ankle bands allows for easy slip-on and offs.

Looking to the accessories section, a two-way Neck Watch allows you to wear it as a neck warmer or a beanie while a portable leather handle equipped Quilted Blanket wraps around your body like a jacket.

With pre-orders opened from 11th November via Hender Scheme, the Hender Scheme x The North Face FW22 collection will also see a general release on 25th November via Hender Scheme and Goldwin.
