The FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 is mere weeks away and in line, Nike through its faux club, “Social F.C.” has been releasing an honorary collection that includes an iteration of the Air Huarache and Air Presto. This time, they extend their football endeavors to England’s 3 Lions National Team, giving them their own Air Max 95.

Akin to the colors of the team’s national kit, the special Air Max 95 arrives in a multi-material build. First, an off-white smooth leather dons the forefoot before traversing through the circumference of the silhouette. There comes a strip of a gradient graphic—from white to cerulean—that leads to a small Swoosh on the heel. Right above, a mesh lining from the toebox to the eye stays give the pair a contemporary edge. A textile mesh build takes up real estate on the tongue with navy accenting the lace loops.

Branding elements arrive by way of the vintage “airmax” embroidery on the the tongue. 3 Lions’ dons the insoles and the tab stitched over the lateral heel. For performance, the shoe is supported by its signature sole unit, with the air bubble exposed through a window underfoot.

The Nike Air Max 95 “3 Lions” will go live on Nike’s brick-and-click from 14th November with a RRP of US$180.
