More inline releases of the Nike Zoom Vomero 5 have been coming, as of late. From the “Oatmeal” and “Cobblestone” colorways, “Wheat Grass”, to this titular pair being the latest. If there’s anything to be derived from the graphic on the insoles, the recent slew could lead up to a “Bill Bowerman” series. Until official word ascertains this, any new colorway of the reclusive silhouette will always be welcomed.

Arriving in Bone and Beige, the pair adopts a more achromatic palette contrary to its predecessors. Any significant color pops are void but instead takes on a more tonal approach with some contrasting hues. Light bone on the mesh base adds variance against the beige overlays, given character through the various grey accents on them. It eventually takes up more real estate on the profile Swooshes. A darker shade comes through on the tongue, the TPU quarter and heel cages and in various parts along the sole unit.
