Reebok Offers Extra Butter With the BB 4000 II
Available in a limited run.
Started in 2017, Extra Butter was an idea born to combine passions for Film, Fashion and The Culture. Evolved into a premium New York boutique, the independent lifestyle brand has partnered up with sports label Reebok for an upcoming renewed iteration of the BB 4000 II model.
Recruiting local artist Jack Moore, the campaign images features the sneaker focused through a clean approach among his colorful studio surroundings. Extra Butter kept a vintage outlook with the leather upper and suede panels while textile lining wraps the body for a classic basketball shoe image. Equipped with a EVA drop in midsole, the pair provides great shock absorption during the long walks throughout the day to come.
“The BB 4000 II comes from the design DNA of other retro throwbacks that people are more familiar with from Reebok, like the Club C. Once we got word that the BB was coming back, I saw it as a challenge to open the younger consumer’s awareness around an iconic Reebok option to add to their closet rotation,” says Bernie Gross, Extra Butter’s Creative Director.
Retailing for $90, the Extra Butter x Reebok BB 4000 II will be available in a limited run from 28th October via Extra Butter.
