Japanese label ANREALAGE and iconic American sportswear brand Champion follow up on their first collection released earlier this year. Although it deviates from their maiden effort, this sophomore one still has the former’s design DNA deeply imbedded into the pieces.

The aesthetic fuses ANREALAGE’s concept of “God is in the details”, upheld since the inception of the brand, and their “Marusankakushikaku (○△□)” motif that first debuted in their Spring/Summer 2009 collection. The aforementioned is an amalgam of spheres, pyramidic shapes, and squares, resulting in new geometric patterns. With those serving as the north star, paired with the brand’s signature cut and sew MO, the array of Champion’s staples get a makeover it’s never had before.

The patterns on the t-shirts short-sleeved and long, hoodies, zip-up sweaters, sweatpants take a different form on each piece, each one offered in an Oxford Gray or Navy colorway. Made from Champion’s hallmark 100% American cotton sweat fabric, the heavyweight and dense brushed lining provide excellent heat retention, especially for the colder months ahead.

The collection will be made available on ANREALAGE and Champion’s brick-and-click stores from 28th October. The short-sleeved t-shirt will go for ¥17,600 (≈US$120) and the long ¥18,700 (≈US$127); the hoodie for ¥35,200 (≈US$238); the zip-up sweater ¥34,000 (≈US$230); and the sweatpants ¥29,700 (≈US$201).

Elsewhere in fashion, Cactus Plant Flea Market and Nike release their own followup.
