Seoul-based label Mmlg is set to release a collection with Reebok that includes the classic staple Club C Revenge and three sets of apparel. The former is known for producing everyday essentials under the slogan “Chat Play Casually”, a motif that’s traversed across other designs in their catalogue.

For this campaign, they engage MY Q as an ambassador, a multi-hyphenate also known for adopting a healthy lifestyle, embodying the simple-living ethos of the brand. Together, the tripartite present a collection that features the footwear and apparel amongst MY Q’s personal artefacts. The images evoke a vibe that juxtaposes the beautiful mess of the environment with the clean outfitting of the products.

The chalk-colored upper of the Club C Revenge finds harmony with the navy blue vector traversing on its laterals, leading up to the disparate branding on the heel. Proximately, the Reebok Classic logo props on the tongue tag with Mlmg’s on the underside. Emerald green hits, appearing across the collection, completes the silhouette on the outsoles.

The apparel consists of a set of sweaters, long-sleeved crews, and a pair of bottoms, all carrying custom collaborative-branding. Each set comes in alternating colors of black and classic white.

The collection will be made available from 9th September on Reebok JP’s, ZOZOTOWN’s, and BILLY’s ENT’s online stores. The Club C Revenge will go for 14,300JPY (≈US$143), the sweaters 9,960JPY (≈US$70), the crews 6,690JPY (≈$US48), and the bottoms for 11,500JPY (≈US115).

Mmlg is a subsidiary of 87MM, a Korean label started by three former fashion models Kim Won-joong, Park Ji-woon and Seo Hongseok, all born in 1987 thus the name. Their goal is to create fashion that has “no concept, but good sense.” The brand is beloved by a young demographic, local and overseas.

If the Club C Revenge isn’t your thing, check out the Mountain Research x Reebok Beatnik, a silhouette just as chill, albeit a little more edgy.
