Relive Your Childhood with the Vans Slip-On “Gacha”
Featuring Japan's famous gachapon toy capsules.
Japanese pop culture has always been a huge inspiration for Vans. So far this year, we have gotten a Sailor Moon 30th anniversary collection and a Wacko Maria collab, amongst others.
Hopping on the bandwagon are two pairs of Vans Classic Slip-Ons that have been “gacha-fied”. Gachapon is the Japanese term for toy capsules.
The duo of Slip-Ons comes printed with the round capsules—one pair featuring nostalgic childhood colors like pink, green, yellow and blue, and the other rendered in monotone black and white. Both pairs of Vans Slip-On “Gacha” will launch on 7 September.
