Accompanying the “Voodoo” colorway of Jordan Zion 2, Zion Williamson has another bold design under his belt, which he unleashed as the Jordan Zion 2 “Hope Diamond”.

Just as the 21-year-old basketballer is aggressively passionate on the court, his designs also channel the same ardor. Overall, the shoe is a tonal grey look with the mudguard boasting the ZW logo. However, eye-catching hits of “Pink Prime” are featured on the “ZION” design on the outsole, allowing it to pop on the court. Subtle design details such as affirmative words (“Nobody built like you, you design yourself”) and “win” in morse code are also found on the outsole. Similarly, an 80’s-like multicolor graphic lands on the ankle, heel and a part of the midsole.

While the shoe is visually captivating, the Jordan team did not spare any effort when constructing the technical capabilities of the Jordan Zion 2. Aimed at boosting the performance of Zion Williamson, who is known for his high slam dunks and quick moves, the shoes prioritises impact resistance on the heel. With 20% more Zoom Air cushioning on the heels and forefoot, the Jordan Zion 2 allows for a more comfortable landing and greater responsiveness.

Maximum support for the wearer is also ensured. A performance cup sole wraps high on the foot. A strap is fitted over the lacing system for increased support and toe mobility.

The Jordan Zion 2 Hope Diamond will be made available on 30 June with a retail price of USD$120. While waiting on this release, keep scrolling for more campaign images.
