[Update 27 April 2023] For those who can’t wait for the highly anticipated Sandy Liang x Salomon collection, there’s good news if you’re living in NYC. Both the XT-6 and RX Moc 3.0 are confirmed to be dropping first at Sandy Liang’s New York store on 28 April ahead of its global 5 May release date. However, it’s not immediately clear if they will be available on the designer’s website. Stay tuned for more information!<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Update 21 Apr 2023] It seems like we are getting a release earlier than expected for the upcoming Sandy Liang x Salomon collection. Slated to arrive via Salomon and select retailers on 5 May, retail prices are set at $190 for the XT-6 Expanse and $110 for the RX Mac 3.0. 2023 may quite possibly be a significant year for sports label Salomon. From reissues<\/a> to collaborations with Children of the discordance<\/a>, MM6<\/a> and more, the outdoor footwear specialist now makes its appearance at New York City-based label Sandy Liang’s Fall Winter 2023 show.<\/p>\n

Looking to the runway, feminine expressions were delivered through Liang’s garments with bows, dresses and gowns. But among the Y2K and gothic influences, a sporty outlook grabs the attention of many with Salomon’s silhouettes.<\/p>\n

Featured in two models, the first comes the XT-6 which at first appears customary with its construction. But taking a closer look, pinky hues are spotted on the mesh uppers while “SANDY LIANG” branding adorns the tongue linings alongside flower motifs.<\/p>\n

Speaking of flower motifs, it becomes even pronounced with the RX Moc 3.0 Advanced slip-ons, where a row of triplets align on the front pull tabs. Lightweight and breathability takes its spot on the mesh upper construction while co-branding hits the rear pull tabs.<\/p>\n

It’s still too early to confirm any release details, but do expect the pairs to drop in the Fall\/Winter seasons of 2023. In the meantime, join us as we await for more updates on the Sandy Liang x Salomon FW23 collection.<\/p>\n
