[Update 21 Nov] <\/strong>With just a week left for November, a release date of 1st December has been confirmed for the Nike Air Force 1 Low Retro “Metallic Silver”. Marking the final release of the “Color of the Month” series, an official celebration party will be held at WOMB Tokyo on the release date with a lineup of performances produced by retail houses GR8, atmos and UNION. Since its debut in 1982, this year officially marks the 40th anniversary of Nike\u2019s Air Force 1 silhouette. Commemorating the occasion, the sports label has been dropping countless iteration of the model with a special \u201cColor Of The Month\u201d series among the releases. Having the \u201cUniversity Blue<\/a>\u201d colorway just released as November\u2019s representative, an upcoming \u201cMetallic Silver\u201d colorway has been announced for the month of December.<\/p>\n

Utilizing the popular white leather upper as the base, the swoosh is decorated with a metallic silver finish for a premium look. On the shoe tongues, a special \u201cAnniversary Edition\u201d text is printed on the label while classic NIKE AIR logos occupy the heel tabs. A special \u201cSince 1982\u201d labeled toothbrush and hangtag is also known to be included in the packaging, just like the past releases.<\/p>\n

While no specific release dates are confirmed at the moment, stay tuned as the Nike Air Force 1 Low Retro \u201cMetallic Silver\u201d will be made available in December via Nike and selected retailers for a retail price of 16,500 JPY (~US$115).<\/p>\n
