Eligibility<\/strong> The contest is open to legal residents of any country worldwide who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Prize fulfillment is limited to residents with a valid shipping address in Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and the United States. Entrants from countries outside of this list are still eligible to participate and will be considered for the winner, but will not be able to use the coupon to ship the items outside of countries above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Campaign Period<\/strong> The campaign begins on 1st October 2025 at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on 31st October 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EST. All entries must be received within this period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. How to Enter<\/strong> To enter the contest, an individual must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Post a photo or video on their personal Instagram account that includes a recent purchase from SNKRDUNK.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The post must tag the official SNKRDUNK instagram, X, Facebook account: <strong>@SNKRDUNK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The post must include the official contest hashtag: <strong>#SNKRDUNKLegitCheck<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entrants may submit as many posts as they wish throughout the campaign period. Each unique post that meets the entry criteria will count as one entry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entries must be from a public and visible social media account. Posts from private accounts will not be eligible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any entries that are incomplete, do not adhere to the rules or specifications, or are submitted with fraudulent methods may be disqualified at SNKRDUNK&#8217;s sole discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Post Content Requirements<\/strong> All submitted content must be the entrant&#8217;s own original work. Content must not contain any material that violates or infringes upon another&#8217;s rights, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, or privacy rights. Content must not be inappropriate, obscene, or hateful. Entries previously submitted in other contests or promotions are not eligible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Winner Selection and Notification<\/strong> Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the contest theme by a panel of judges from SNKRDUNK. The winner will be notified via Direct Message on the platform on which they entered within 5 business days after the contest ends. To receive the prize, the winner must provide a valid SNKRDUNK user account or create one if they do not already have one. The winner will be required to confirm their user account information to receive the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 48 hours of notification, or fails to meet the eligibility requirements, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Prize<\/strong> One (1) winner will receive a single-use coupon code for a store credit of up to $500 to be used on the SNKRDUNK app. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash equivalent or substitution of the prize is offered, except at SNKRDUNK&#8217;s sole discretion. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Rights and Permissions<\/strong> By submitting a post, the entrant grants SNKRDUNK a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the content (in whole or in part) for promotional purposes in any media, globally, without any further compensation or notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8.
