Brain Dead’s partnership with adidas has consistently produced unique and creative designs. The Los Angeles-based brand has already given us a unique take on a bowling shoe and a turf-covered Forest Hills sneaker. Now, the fruits of their Fall\/Winter 2025 preview<\/a> in Paris are coming to fruition with a new, fiery version of the adidas Japan Lo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Initial previews of the collaboration featured a Hi version of the adidas Japan, dubbed the “adidas Brody King.” While the final release focuses on the Lo cut, the core design remains the same. The sneakers are a showstopper, featuring striking flame graphics that lick across the suede stripes on the heel and toe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The release includes two distinct color palettes, both featuring contrasting outlines below the flames. One pair combines shades of brown, olive, and yellow, while the other features black, blue, and white. The sneakers retain the classic adidas Japan Lo silhouette, including the slim sole, making them a stylish choice for sneaker enthusiasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Release Details<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Brain Dead x adidas Japan Lo in both of its colorways will drop on 28 August 2025 with a retail price of US$140.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
