One of those two promos is this Riolu card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>About Riolu (MEP Black Star Promos 010)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The card&#8217;s Full Art illustration depicts Riolu standing in the loft of a tall structure. Given the fact that Mega Lucario ex, the Mega-Evolved version of Riolu&#8217;s evolved form, is one of the headliners of the Mega Evolution [MEG] set as well as Mega Lucario being obtained in Gen 6 main-series Pok\u00e9mon video games Pok\u00e9mon X and Y at the top of the Tower of Mastery in Shalour City, this card&#8217;s illustration could perhaps be an allusion to Mega Lucario in X and Y. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A factor which will likely further add demand for this card will be its status as a promotional card exclusive to the Elite Trainer Boxes.
