One of the most important CP9 support cards in the Black Lucci deck, the Spandam card from Pillars of Strength [OP-03]<\/a> functions as one of the deck’s most important searchers, especially in the early game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About Spandam (Pillars of Strength [OP-03] OP03-086)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This Spandam card enables the player to look at the top three cards from the deck, then select one of the same character type other than a Spandam card and put that card in hand. The other two cards are then trashed. As such, this card serves as a method for the player to obtain crucial CP9 cards as early in the game as possible and thus get the jump on the opponent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The version of this card which carries the largest price tag is the one which was part of the Regional Participation Pack Vol. 2 which, as its name implies, was handed out to participants of selected ONE PIECE Card Game Regional tournaments in North America, Europe, Oceania, and Latin America. The logo certifying its origin from those tournaments can be seen on the right side of the card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Release Details<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Although this card does have a Japanese version, the Regional Participation Pack Vol. 2 version is an English-exclusive card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The price of a copy of the Regional Participation Pack Vol. 2 version of the Spandam (Pillars of Strength [OP-03] OP03-086) card is 3,420 JPY (~US$24).
