However, it seems like the silhouette is ready to make some Nu-ise in 2022, especially since it has reappeared in a Chicago colorway on Lakers star Russell Westbrook at this year&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/snkrdunk.com\/en\/magazine\/2022\/09\/13\/all-the-leaked-sneakers-from-nike-just-do-it-day-2022\/?slide=right\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nike&#8217;s Just Do It Day<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Known as the cross between Air Jordan 1 and Air Jordan 2, the now obscure model is oft recognised by its side panels, which swaps out the usual profile Swoosh with a debossed but cut off &#8220;Wings&#8221; logo. Other retro design elements include unstructured collars and modified sole units with a semi-translucent panel. This is a slight deviation from the original sole, which sported a mustard yellow panel instead. Though that has been changed, the model&#8217;s OG Chicago colorway is faithfully transferred onto the retro-ed leather silhouette, with the &#8220;Black&#8221; and &#8220;University Red&#8221; following the &#8220;Bred&#8221; colorblocking at the forefoot.<\/p>\n<p>Though no concrete release details have been attached to this reprint, it is expected to arrive in the late end of 2022.
