The Green\/Purple Luffy deck has become far and away the most dominant deck of the current ONE PIECE Card Game metagame. This level of dominance has thus enabled more players to start experimenting with new variants of the deck; one such variant includes the Franky card from the Anime 25th Collection [EB-02].<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About Franky (Anime 25th Collection [EB-02] EB02-037)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This card is primarily included for the purposes of DON!! ramping; it’s particularly useful when the player doesn’t immediately draw Sanji & Pudding<\/a>, another card from the Anime 25th Collection [EB-02]. This restores the DON!! lost via the effect of the Monkey D. Luffy Leader card from the Anime 25th Collection [EB-02], allowing the player to have sufficient DON!! at crucial junctures later on. Franky also provides an additional means to put pressure on opposing Character cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a rarity of only Rare (R) and not featuring any Parallel Art illustration, this Franky card is almost entirely sought out by players rather than collectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
