It usually isn’t the case that a Trap card turns out to become one of the most notable gets of a Yu-Gi-Oh TCG set. However, in the case of the Trapholic card from Duelist Advance, this has been exactly what has happened\u2014largely because it differs from the stereotypical Trap cards in several major ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Much of this card’s appeal stems from the fact that it primarily features Lovely Labrynth of the Silver Castle<\/a>\u2014a character whose appeal goes beyond providing the usual “female character value boost”. Lovely Labrynth of the Silver Castle is one of the most popular characters in the entire Yu-Gi-Oh TCG; as such, even though she’s not the character who this card is named after, the fact that she’s foregrounded so prominently in the card’s illustration makes it undoubtedly very appealing to so many.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other popular female characters featured on the Trapholic card’s illustration are Ariane the Labrynth Servant and Arianna the Labrynth Servant. As such, this card is related to the Labrynth storyline which was detailed in the Valuable Book EX 3\u2014one of the most popular character backstories among the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG fan community. This is also one of the 20 cards in Duelist Advance which can come in Prismatic Secret Rare; this high rarity level inherently adds much value as it’s thus one of the most sought-after cards in the set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
