The Marco card from Pillars of Strength [OP-03]<\/a> has become an indispensable part of many red decks in the ONE PIECE Card Game metagame\u2014most notably the Red Newgate and Red Shanks decks. In addition, one version of this card has amassed immense market value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About Marco (Pillars of Strength [OP-03] OP03-013)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As soon as it’s played, this Marco card allows the player to immediately KO an opposing Character card with 3000 Power or less. In addition, even after this card is KO’d, the player will still be able to play it rested from the trash. As such, it serves as both defense against easy Character card removal as well as an important tool to rid the board of the opponent’s own key low-Power Character cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While this card of the Super Rare Parallel (SR-P) rarity has been reprinted and distributed on multiple occasions since its debut in Pillars of Strength [OP-03], by far the standout is the one awarded to top-32 finishers in Championship 2023 Offline Regional tournaments. Depicting the former commander of the Whitebeard Pirates primed for combat, the card features the Championship 2023 logo on its right side. Due to its exclusivity, this version of the Marco card has seen its price tag soar ever since it was first distributed and today ranks among the most expensive ONE PIECE Card Game cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Release Details<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Although Japanese versions of this card exist, the Championship 2023 Offline Regional prize card version of this card is an English-exclusive card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The price of a Marco (Pillars of Strength [OP-03] OP03-013) card of SR-P rarity is 161,150 JPY (~US$1,133).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
