Many Pok\u00e9mon TCG cards are designed for comebacks; they have effects which only activate if the player has more Prize cards remaining than the opponent does. One such card is Special Energy card Reversal Energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About Reversal Energy (Raging Surf [SV3a] 092\/062)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If the player has more Prize cards remaining than the opponent does, Reversal Energy counts as three Energy cards when attached to one of the player’s Pok\u00e9mon; all three can be regarded as any Energy type of the player’s choice. As such, this card can be used to immediately power up one of the player’s key attackers and allow the player to get out of a tough spot at once, potentially kickstarting a comeback. Reversal Energy is primarily associated with the Gardevoir ex and N’s Zoroark ex decks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of the six versions of this card released to date, the rarest and most valuable is the Ultra Rare (UR) version from Raging Surf [SV3a]<\/a>. Like all other cards of the UR rarity, this card features a gold-colored holofoil border; the Reversal Energy symbols are also outlined in this same shade of gold. The mostly black background provides a striking visual contrast against the gold as well as the multicolored Reversal Energy symbols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The English version of this card is card 266\/182 from Paradox Rift [PAR].<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A copy of a Reversal Energy (Raging Surf [SV3a] 088\/062) card has a price of 5,995 JPY (~US$42).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
