From 24 March to 5 April 2025, German football club Borussia Dortmund will hold a collaborative One Piece event known simply as “BVB x ONE PIECE”. Among the many One Piece-related happenings to be taking place at and around Dortmund’s Signal Iduna Park stadium, some will be related to the ONE PIECE Card Game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A special promotional reprint of the Monkey D. Luffy card from The Three Brothers [ST-13]<\/a>\u2014aptly, the Leader card around which the Black\/Yellow Luffy deck is built, will be sold at fan merchandise store BVB-FanWelt right next to the stadium. The card, which will be in English, has the Borussia Dortmund logo in its top-left corner and depicts Luffy in a Dortmund jersey in front of a modified Dortmund logo in the background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the event, ONE PIECE Card Game trial sessions will be held on the upper floor of BVB-FanWelt and are open to those who registed online. Everyone who completes a session will receive a copy of that promotional card while stocks last. ONE PIECE Card Game booster packs will also be available for purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 30 March, everyone who shows up to Borussia Dortmund’s home game against 1. FSV Mainz 05 has the opportunity to receive a BVB x ONE PIECE goodie bag\u2014once again, while stocks last. In addition to that same promotional Luffy reprint, it also includes a BVB x ONE PIECE scarf as well as a set of stickers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several Dortmund players are known to be ardent One Piece fans. The most notable of them are Karim Adeyemi and Julian Brandt, who both sometimes reference One Piece in their goal celebrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
