Jalen Williams is among the six adidas athletes selected for the NBA All-Star roster in 2025. Although he doesn\u2019t yet have his own signature sneaker, he frequently pays tribute to his fellow adidas athletes, including James Harden, the iconic face of adidas Basketball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Williams has been spotted wearing Player Exclusive (PE) colorways of Harden\u2019s signature shoes, and now, he has designed his own version, dubbed the Jalen Williams x adidas Harden Vol. 9, set to release in June 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About the Jalen Williams x adidas Harden Vol. 9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The design, while not an explicit nod to Buzz Lightyear, features a color scheme that bears a striking resemblance to the beloved Toy Story character. A vibrant purple hue covers the internal neoprene bootie, while green accents highlight the mesh cutouts on the midfoot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The upper is wrapped in white leather, complemented by pink detailing that separates the leather from the base. Williams\u2019 personal adidas logo adorns the vamp, and the same logo appears on the heel tab. His jersey number, 8, is prominently displayed on the volt green nylon pull tab located on the tongue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sneaker\u2019s performance features include LIGHTSTRIKE and LIGHTBOOST cushioning, a y-shaped torsion plate, and a modified herringbone traction pattern on the outsole. The sole unit features an icy blue finish, with pink, green, and purple Three Stripes extending down to the outsole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Release Details<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Jalen Williams x adidas Harden Vol. 9 collaboration is scheduled to launch in June 2025, available through adidas and select retailers both online and in-store. While the official retail price has not been announced, it is expected to align with the standard Harden Vol. 9 price of US$160, given its PE status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
