It might be easy to overlook this reprint of a Sabo card originally from Awakening of the New Era [OP-05] given the fact that across the history of the ONE PIECE Card Game, Sabo has been featured on many cards which are significantly rarer and more expensive than this one. That being said, this card stands on its own merit; itranks as an impressive pull in its own right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About Sabo (Awakening of the New Era [OP-05] OP05-001)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The card’s Parallel Art illustration depicts the Revolutionary Army’s chief of staff holding the massive metal pipe that he frequently brings into combat; while not shown in this card’s imagery, Sabo is also known to be able to use the powers of his Devil Fruit, the Flame-Flame Fruit, to set both of its ends ablaze as well as infuse the pipe with Armament Haki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to his close links to series protagonist Monkey D. Luffy as well as Portgas D. Ace, another major fan-favorite character, Sabo has himself by association become a relatively popular character among the fandom. Since this card comes in the rarity of L-SPC, it’s significantly rarer and thus more valuable than the original version of the card from Awakening of the New Era [OP-05]<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
