[Update 27 Sep 2022] New information and some official images have finally surfaced just in time for the upcoming release. Patta will indeed have a 30th September release on their website, and New Balance will have their own on theirs come 1st October. Also, the 990V3 will also be available in full-family sizing along with a matching apparel.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Update 23 Sep 2022] Release dates have landed for this Patta x New Balance 990V3! It will be dropping on 30th September, 1PM CEST (7PM SGT), on Patta’s website. Retail prices are still in obscurity, but a campaign video released on Patta’s Instagram<\/a> reveals further details on the shoe. As expected, wrapped around the heel and toe box are neon green accents, giving the collaborative pair a recognisable edge. Based on the video, it is likely to come in full-family sizing. With every collaborative release, Patta has garnered a well-deserved reputation of elevating classic silhouettes in subtle but impactful ways. We saw it happen when Patta (literally) made waves on the Nike Air Max<\/a> and when they painted a youthful “Peach Grey” palette on the NB991. And now, this eminence is added to with this upcoming Patta x New Balance 990V3.<\/p>\n

Sparking this sneaker news is Patta’s very own Timothy Sabajo<\/a>, the brother of co-founder Edson Sabajo and proto team member. Posting only a shot of the collaborative heel, much of the shoe is obscured from prying eyes, but certain design elements are still identifiable. Blends of olive suede and muted greens make up the upper. The label’s “P” is stamped prominently between the 990’s “Made in USA” and “New Balance” branding.<\/p>\n

Subsequently, though, account @dane3fune<\/a> provides closer looks through an in-hand look. In the sample, the N logo is wrapped in an olive trim while the ENCAP sole remains an off-white cream. The toebox and collar also sports a neon green streak that adds a touch of novelty to the look.<\/p>\n
