Oh, Yeezus. So it seems like Sway isn’t the only one without the answers these days, nobody does. After the kerfuffle over the weekend, there’s no telling where the wind\u2014referring to Ye’s disposition\u2014will take him and his beefy Yeezy cash cow. Since the beginning of his career, the savant has always surrendered to his temperament, even at the expense of his most important relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It could be d\u00e9j\u00e0 vu for FKA Kanye after the collapse of his relationship with Nike almost a decade prior, and Vuja De for the rest of us. Even though we’ve seen this unravel before, nobody knows what’s next for the adidas’ Yeezy line. Ye has made his list of demands like Saul Williams, and we’ll see if another brand will entertain his propositions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s Drama for the pacifists in the world, a Crime to Ye, but to adidas\u2014it’s just regular programming, with the imminent release of another YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 in the “MX Grey” colorway. The outfitting carries much of the familiarity of previous iterations, save for the greyscaling, with the entirety of the Primeknit upper getting a stonewashed, graphite overhaul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The signature black streak on the lateral traverse toward the pull tab at the rear. The two-toned silhouette doesn’t speak much of the branding elements, save for the “boost” label debossed on the heel of the outsole. The aforementioned midsole technology appears in its standard white aesthetic, protected by the ribbed rubber outsole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A release date has yet to be announced except for a presumed holiday 2022. However, there’re ample images out to cultivate hype with on-feet looks courtesy of @yankeekicks<\/a>. If the status quo remains between Ye and adi, then it’d be safe to say the RRP will be US$230, as with previous colorways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
