Historically, Leafeon has never quite been able to command the level of appeal which its fellow Eeveelutions have. Although it has featured on some seriously impressive Pok\u00e9mon TCG cards over the years\u2014most notably the Leafeon VMAX card from Eevee Heroes [S6a]<\/a>\u2014the Grass-type Eeveelution has generally lagged behind the rest even in the TCG sphere. However, that may be about to change with the release of the Leafeon Master Ball Mirror card in Terastal Festival ex [SV8a].<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About Leafeon Master Ball Mirror (Terastal Festival ex [SV8a] 002\/187)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The fact that this is a Master Ball Mirror card is the main reason behind its significant value. Re-introduced in Terastal Festival ex [SV8a] after a hiatus of around a year and a half, Master Ball Mirror cards feature a textured Master Ball print in their respective backgrounds. Additionally, something new to Master Ball Mirror prints in Terastal Festival ex [SV8a] is the “cracked ice” background that elevates the card’s visual impact and thereby its overall value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A reprint of a card from Crimson Haze [SV5a], the card has an illustration by Iori Suzuki which depicts Leafeon dipping its front paw into a small stream\u2014a setting very much in-character for the Grass-type Eeveelution. There’s no question that the placid vibes of the imagery suit Leafeon perfectly; it’s a theme that has been common across many notable Leafeon cards over the years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Release Details<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There hasn’t yet been any word on whether Master Ball Mirror cards will ever be released in English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
