Each of the four Yu-Gi-Oh TCG card archetypes spotlighted in Terminal World 2 has one card which features alternate artwork on its Quarter Century Secret Rare version. In the case of the Jurrac archetype, that card is Jurrac Meteor; however, that alternate artwork is far from the sole reason why collectors might pursue this card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About Jurrac Meteor (Terminal World 2 TW02-JP040) <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As was just mentioned, Jurrac Meteor has a Quarter Century Secret Rare version in Terminal World 2; this version also features an alternate illustration. The image shows what was formerly Jurrac Titano bursting out of the volcanic rock in which it was previously encased as it evolves into Jurrac Meteor. This is similar to the illustration shown on less rare iterations of the card; the main difference lies in the fact that the Quarter Century Secret Rare illustration shows it from a different angle. This angle was used to emphasize Jurrac Meteor’s resemblance to and origin from Jurrac Titano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the third iteration of Jurrac Meteor to be released; it’s the most recent in more than a decade with the most recent one having been in 2012 set Duel Terminal Chronicle 3 – Chapter of Destruction. This adds a level of intrigue because it has been that long since the card’s last appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There’s much in-universe lore linked to this card via other related Yu-Gi-Oh TCG cards. For example, the Jurrac Volcano<\/a> card depicts Jurrac Titano’s transformation into Jurrac Meteor. Jurrac Impact, another card that was reprinted in Terminal World 2, has an illustration which shows Jurrac Meteor descending from the skies to deal a fatal blow to its enemies\u2014something reflected in the in-game effect of Jurrac Meteor itself. When Jurrac Meteor is Synchro Summoned, it destroys all cards on the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
