More than a month after the release of Emperors in the New World [OP-09]<\/a>, the latest ONE PIECE Card Game set, it’s been discovered that its Gum-Gum Lightning card contained an error. As such, BANDAI will be printing the corrected version of the card from this point forth. The first corrected copies will be distributed on 12 October 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From October to December 2024, the Japanese version of Gum-Gum Lightning will be distributed as a participation gift at certain ONE PIECE Card Game events across Japan. These events are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u30fbExchange party events
\u30fbMetaverse Lobby events
\u30fbONE PIECE Card Game Official Shop networking\/teaching events
\u30fbTournaments (Standard Battle, Flagship Battle, 8 Pack Battle, Parent\/Child Matching Battle, Championship 2024 WAVE2 tournaments including side events)

This distribution will not apply to the English version of the card as by the time Emperors in the New World [OP-09] is released in English in December 2024, the error will already have been corrected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It isn’t yet known what price the corrected Gum-Gum Lightning card will fetch once the first copies make it to the open market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
